Boys, boys, boys – April 2016

Hi!

It’s been a while. But I will try to be back :-). I want to really. I love to document some parts of my life visually.

Well, what has been going on in the month of April?

We cycled to the Soesterduinen to play and picknick and pick up some first sun rays. Worked in our garden. I practised some photography lessons with my new camera (!) I was a luckyduck to take over a very little used Canon 5D mark II. And practised a whole lot more. There are some good shots, but man I’m not developing as fast as I would want to… but I still love the process and progress. We went to the beach and our holiday to England started. Life sure is good!

Boys, boys, boys – March 2016

Still quiet overhere. Busy with life I guess. And my photography course! Which I LIKE. A lot. And finally, finally I feel a teensy little growth popping up. Everything is falling together. Now I will have to keep on clicking. The boys are still a favourite subject and weird enough they don’t really mind it anymore. They are tolerating me I guess ;-)

So here are ‘some’ photo’s of March. A month where the days finally became longer and lighter, where we celebrated Seb turning 6 and stuck to our tradition of eating cake with no hands (smultaart), had family reunions over Easter and where the boys hair went from long to short ;-) (cut by aunt Sisi)

Boys, boys, boys – February

It’s been a bit quiet over here. I’ve felt a bit uninspired, a bit tired. I’m ready for springtime and sunshine I guess. I did however take photos of my boys. I cannot stop doing that. So here’s a bunch for February. Still not all very sharp. But hey, the good thing is I’ve started a photography course that will be followed by a year training in September. So at some point, the blurry part will hopefully be solved too :-)
